Abstract

Abstract: The study of the legal entity in the Civil and the Commercial contract of sale, shows the importance of this matter, which directly influences the daily practice of the same, and the income of economic sources for society by employment generation and for the State by means of relevant taxes, to the point that, the final result of the investigation, will be translated into a source of consultation within the matter addressed. Providing relevant information since this way of acquiring a real estate with a mortgage and the prohibition of transferring the same is a way to promote the real estate and financial traffic in the Ecuadorian society.
