Abstract

Abstract: This research of social legal character is divided into three spaces: Develops the theoretical framework in which the theoretical foundation of the work is included in a study of victimology, witnesses, the Victim Protection System and witnesses, participants in the criminal process and the primary way is done effects that the system of protection in criminal proceedings participants in the known causes for the District Attorney of Chimborazo.
