Abstract

Abstract: The following research is based on the necessity to bring up to day the legal regulations which is referred to the application of new technologies, within the legal procedures. This is because of its massive development during late years. In this way, we have worked on this thesis under a general perspective; this is, the penal law and its variations, going through comparing the legal process between Argentina and our country to the different kind of rules that are stipulated in our Penal Code and the way that some rules have been incorporated with the only purpose to intercept and research crimes related to the usage of technology. Finally, the field research allows the researcher to reflect the existing between the idea in the first chapters and the national social reality. This allows us to know the significance that technology has on people lives; at the same time, we are focusing on the possibility to introduce technology to the Penal Process in order to have a real justice.
