Abstract

Abstract: This investigative work is an analysis of the test and the information technology and communication used in the criminal process, since the modern criminal law has a wide range of technological tools that come from both, computer science and technology. Given the importance that information and communication technologies, it is indispensable to carry out a comparative analysis between the criminal proceedings of South Africa and Ecuador in order to determine the degree of effectiveness of all the above all in the investigation of punishable acts where it is difficult to determine the guilt or innocence of a person. The description of these two laws intended to inform administrators of Justice, procedural subjects and students of law, the importance of TIC s in criminal matters as an effective means to achieve justice in which all the procedural principles are embodied in criminal matters.
