Abstract

Abstract: The present investigation entitled The management of leadership and values in the adolescents of the canton Yantzaza, province of Zamora Chinchipe, academic year 2017-2018, aims to perform a diagnosis of leadership and leadership management in the high school "Primero de Mayo" ", with 40 students, 40 students and 40 parents, this institution has a total of 75 teachers and 1341 students, this work responds to a descriptive and non-experimental design for the fulfillment of the proposed objectives using methods such as the scientific , hermeneutics and statistics that allowed organizing, analyzing and assessing with the use of surveys and interviews with the educational community, which allowed us to obtain information on their management criteria, leadership and values within the educational institution, for these results, has considered necessary, timely and important, has been developed a functional organic manual for mej Pray their educational quality.
