Abstract

The following work is the result of doubts and concerns that arise when addressing an issue that involves us all and that is the city. The city, born as an invention and that should be the tool used in the development of systems that guarantee the correct and fair functioning of the public space, where everyone needs to express their conditions. But, what has happened in the development of this model? Is the outer space really a guarantee of security and autonomy for all? The city has found its commercial value and forgotten the most important, the presence of people as an indicator of well-being. Now, in this tide of uncertainty and difficulty, there is a sector of the population that is much more difficult to exist and to be present, children more often abandon streets, sidewalks and places to lock themselves in their homes or activities controlled by adults who do not understand that recreation and play have fruit and value when it is autonomous and free from control.
