Aplicación de los procesos de conocimiento en las Nuevas Unidades Especializadas del Distrito Judicial del cantón Loja.

Abstract

The research work described here, is the need to update existing civil procedural and civil order under the new provisions contained in our Constitution, through the simplification of civil procedures of knowledge in order to meet the objectives of an agile and effective justice. Under these parameters, and purposes, is not only necessary to proceed and analyze the process of knowledge and its importance in the development of the justice here in our country; there is a vital importance that to do an deep justice feedback to check out how it by itself has been developing in our society and how the major changes that in order to improve their performance have been giving throughout our history. Is for this reason that we have done an analysis of the evolution of the Judicial function, from its historical background, through the organic law of the Judicial function, to the transformation of the Supreme Court of Justice to the High Court of Justice, and the implementation of a new Judicial Council that would comply with the new provisions which in the 1998 Constitution were implemented in order to improve the development of Justice thus creating new legal units in the Canton of Loja.
