Sistematización de las actividades desarrolladas en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje en las prácticas docentes de la Unidad Educativa Comunitaria Intercultural Bilingüe Juncal, del cantón Cañar, provincia del Cañar Ecuador, periodo lectivo 2016-2017.

Abstract

The present work entitled systematization of the activities developed in the teaching-learning process in teaching practices, which was carried out in the educational Unit Bilingual Intercultural Community Unit "Juncal", Cañar Canton, during the 2016-2017 school year, has as objective to evaluate the results of the teaching practice from the analysis of the stages of the didactic process, the activities and the resources as elements of the class plan to reorient, ground and innovate their professional performance. To collect the information, the techniques of bibliographic research and field research (observation) were used. We worked with a population of 45 students. According to the results obtained, it is mentioned that in the organization of activities and resources, the plans are not fully developed, verifying that in the structuring of different plans, there are activities that are not developed by the teacher; in the same way in some classroom plans there are activities planned, but there is not evidence of sufficient resources for their fulfillment. With this research it was possible to detect the existing shortcomings at the time that the teachers carry out their planning and offered suggestions to improve them
