Diagnóstico de necesidades de formación docente de bachillerato en las áreas de física y matemática del Colegio de Bachillerato Primero de Mayo, provincia Zamora Chinchipe, cantón Yantzaza, año lectivo 2017 - 2018

Abstract

The theme of the present work is The diagnosis of teacher training needs of Baccalaureate in the areas of Physics and Mathematics, the main axis was based on the analysis on teacher training, courses and training and in relation to his pedagogical practice, whose general objective is to determine the main training needs of teachers who currently work in the areas of Physics and Mathematics. The research was carried out at the Primero de Mayo Baccalaureate High School, where the sample was of ten teachers of the FFMM baccalaureate. For the investigation the analytical, synthetic, deductive, hermeneutic and statistical methods were used; for the elaboration of the theoretical framework and in approach to the educational institution the techniques of bibliographic and field research were applied; for the collection of data, the instrument that was used was the questionnaire provided by the University, this was applied to ten FFMM baccalaureate teachers, and it was determined that the main training needs of teachers are: professionals, personals, institutional and socials.
