Diagnóstico de necesidades de formación de los docentes de bachillerato. Estudio realizado en los Centros Educativos de la provincia de Manabí en el año lectivo 2018 - 2019

Abstract

This research work represents a diagnosis of the educational needs of high school teachers in the areas of physics and mathematics, this consists of the participation of ten teachers who work in three educational institutions in the province of Manabí, with the primary objective of determining of the main needs of teacher training in the educational field, information obtained through the use and application of a questionnaire, the same data collection instrument that collected reliable and viable information, which then served to analyze the results obtained through statistical tables. At the end of the analysis and discussion of the results, the needs and requirements that are present and that affect the professional development of the teachers and the institution itself are clearly defined, factors that must necessarily be intervened. At the end of the project, a training proposal is proposed which, according to the problems detected, is intended to cover and satisfy these shortcomings, as well as conclusions, recommendations and annexes that will validate and guide the complexity of the research.
