Abstract

Abstract: This thesis was developed with the final purpose to implement an unconventional learning environment in the Child Development Center of the city of Guayaquil, during the 2018-2019 school year, for children aged between 3 and 5 years. For this purpose, a descriptive, exploratory and qualitative methodology was used. Also, different surveys of teachers and observation cards were made to the students, which allowed us to make the best decision when implementing the learning environment. Institution teachers if they know of unconventional environments but despite this they do not put them into practice in the institution, on the other hand the best way for children to learn is through interaction with the environment, that is, they learn by doing what they experience from the different resources they can obtain within their social and cultural environment, that is why an unconventional learning environment with recycled materials was developed, where the children had the opportunity to develop new experiences and skills.
