dc.descriptionAbstract:The purpose of this work is to update the follow up of graduates of Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja s Medical School during the period 2006-2013, with the purpose of to know the perception that they have with respect to its medical formation, competencies acquired, required and their professional and work performance. The research is a descriptive, prospective, quantitative and cross-sectional study, carried out by the application of online surveys to 137 graduates who met the inclusion criteria. We proceeded to elaborate the database in Excel and its analysis in the program SPSS 2.0. It was observed that the training received at the Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja is optimally evaluated by the doctors qualified in this institution, as it allowed them to acquire the necessary skills in the labor and personal field to provide quality medical care. It facilitates the realization of changes in function of the current needs, which will benefit the future professionals graduated in the Technical University of Loja.es_ES
