Diseño de un modelo de gestión socialmente responsable para pymes del Ecuador, 2017: Caso de estudio empresa Logex Operaciones Guayaquil

Abstract

Whereas the depletion of resources, increasingly faster, the negative impacts on the environment; companies are doing awareness, and understanding that they play a role in stop the deterioration of the environment. Because of this, many companies are implementing models of socially responsible management, contributing to the sustainable development; through the efficient use of resources, to ensure access for future generations. The objective of the research is to exhibit a proposal for implementation of a model of socially responsible management, for the firm Logex. Met the current situation and deficiencies in the area of Corporate Social responsibility (CSR), through data collection method, such as interview and surveys to stakeholders identified, using the form Ethos as an instrument. With the results obtained, the application of the proposed model it is of relevance, which proposes actions and develops strategies for the integration of Corporate Social Responsibility in the levels of the company. For this purpose, mission, vision, values, and policies of the organization, were suitable to CSR.
