Abstract

The project that is developed below, fundamentally, presents a reality, reflected through the investigative construction, in an objective and responsible way that allows an effective contribution. The research of the work seeks to find direct spaces with the professionals, whether these, legal practitioners, professors, justice operators, public servants, trustees and reality, in which professionals are focused on free exercise This work will allow to observe the training obtained at the Technical University of Loja, enabling an encounter with the truth that is felt in Ecuadorian society and facilitating the professional insertion in different fields of Law. It is important, to penetrate the field of research; And that is, in the legal profession to be linked to the socio-economic reality in which all legal professionals operate; It is thus that we must frame the pro and con for the benefit of our society in the present investigation and encourage discussions and relevant meetings so that the aforementioned professionals rescue the ethical and moral form for the development of our country.
