Description: hing-learning process. The research has a qualitative-quantitative approach, the analyses are descriptive, the inductive-deductive and analytic-synthetic methods were applied, through the techniques of observation, statistics, survey and documentary analysis. Three evaluation tools were used to a population of ten teachers, it was established as the main conclusion that teachers plan their class in a general manner without taking into account the characteristics and needs of the students.
