| Abstract: | Abstract:The present investigation has as general objective to analyze the organizational and administrative systems of the textile industry in the province of Imbabura and to identify the best industrial productive case in the zone, the same one that was broken down in specific objectives such as: to analyze the economic policy and the importance of the industrial process, as well as the textile industry of Ecuador, to make a situational, organizational and administrative diagnosis of the industry and analyze the best industrial production model. For its fulfillment, investigative methods were established, such as the inductive-deductive and the experimental, techniques for the collection of information such as the documentary analysis and the survey, using the questionnaire as an instrument. Finally, the study is highlighted with the analysis of the case of the company "Elan Industria textil" as the best productive case. All this has been highlighted in order to engage in production and allow the development of a competitive way in the market. |
| Description: | Resumen:La presente investigación tiene como objetivo general, analizar los sistemas organizacionales y administrativos de la industria textil en la provincia de Imbabura e identificar el mejor caso productivo industrial en la zona, el mismo que fue desglosado en objetivos específicos como: analizar la política económica y la importancia del proceso industrial, así como la industria textil en el Ecuador, realizar un diagnóstico situacional, organizativo y administrativo de la industria y analizar el mejor modelo productivo industrial. Para su cumplimiento se establecieron métodos investigativos como el inductivo – deductivo y el experimental, técnicas para la recopilación de la información como el análisis documental y la encuesta, empleando el cuestionario como instrumento. Por último, se resalta el estudio con el análisis de la empresa “Elan Industria textil” como el mejor caso productivo. Todo esto se ha resaltado con el fin de empeñarse en la producción y permitir el desarrollo de una manera más eficiente y competitiva en el mercado. |
