Description: Abstract:The present research work was born mainly with the purpose of strengthening tourism and ecotourism in Ecuador, specifically on the island of San Cristóbal of the Galápagos archipelago, for which relevant information was gathered from the socio-cultural, ecological-territorial, economic- productive, politico-administrative and characterization of tourist attractions. After having established the potential of San Cristóbal Island, the tourist attractions with high potential stand out, which had not been included in the traditional tourist packages. It also details the main characteristics and motivations of the tourism demand. This research incorporates information from various strategic points and information gathered from tourism operators present on the island and who have experience in local tourism which provided important information to determine supply and demand. To conclude, two tourism offers has been proposed that seek to improve receptive tourism, through couples and millennials, based on the analysis made throughout the work and in the field study.
