Abstract

Abstract:The work carried out on the "Systematization of educational experiences in the teachinglearning process in the practices of initial education, school period 2017-2018", had as a general objective to systematize the pedagogical practice by means of the rescue of significant experiences, that allow to build a new process, analyzing the achievements and difficulties in order to face the new educational challenges. The study was based on a systematization design, under a bibliographical, descriptive and field investigation. Through which, it was possible to conclude that the systematization facilitates the analysis and reflection of the educational practice. With what proceeded to recommend the teacher, the implementation of systematization as a strategy, which provides the opportunity to improve, renew and learn from their educational practice, as well as planning in a structured and sequential, with criteria of adaptability, incorporating strategies methodologies and the resources that lead to the development of an educational process in a creative way consubstantial with the purposes and objectives previously established in the strengthening of the teaching practice, with the purpose of raising the quality in the educational process.
