Definición de un modelo técnico de referencia (TRM) para Telconet Cloud Center

Abstract

Technology service providers have different challenges than organizations that use technology tools to support the operations that enable them to get their business done. Their approach is always be at the forefront of technology in the so-called "State of the art", because the business in which they are immersed so demands. In this context, companies with complex processes must rely on some framework for managing the IT resources that are used to start up their business. The simplest proposal of the Enterprise Architecture indicates that there are four main domains: Business Architecture, Data Architecture, Application Architecture and Technology Architecture. To build this Enterprise Architecture, the present work will aim to define a Technical Reference Model (TRM) using as foundation the proposed by TOGAF, that is applicable to Telconet Cloud Center and that will allow the organization to reach new goals of business efficiently, increasing productivity and customer satisfaction
