Abstract

Abstract:The present project of investigation arises before the constant loss of the modern architectonic patrimony in our city and the necessity to reconstruct of critical way with theoretical-scientific sustenance the events of the local architecture of that time, situation that accelerates the lack of interest and ignorance of professionals and population. The study and construction of Arch. Juan Andrés Flores Cabrera, will serve as an input in the modern architecture of the environment, so it is significant to understand the most relevant contributions that each architect inherits through his work, considering its architectural value and the style to which represent; being necessary the academic implications of his preparation in Italy and the thought of Alvar Aalto as influence in his architectural answers.
