Necesidades de formación de docentes de bachillerato que trabajan en las áreas de física y matemática, período lectivo 2018 - 2019

Abstract

Abstract:The work carried out by teachers requires constant updating in knowledge, methodologies and management of teaching and curricular resources. The subject of investigation of the present work is the "Diagnosis of the training needs of the teachers of baccalaureate in the specialties of physics and mathematics in the academic period 2018-2019", being its objective to determine the formative needs of the teachers of the subject in study. For the research, a questionnaire was used by the UTPL, which was applied to 10 high school teachers in the area of mathematics and physics of the Ayapamba parish, Atahualpa canton. The methods used were: analytical, deductive, inductive, statistical, hermeneutic, systematic. The design used was the non-experimental transectional and the techniques for data collection were bibliographic and field. At the end of the research it is concluded that all teachers in the area of mathematics and physics have only a third level degree, although most are interested in pursuing a postgraduate degree; The greatest weakness and need for training is in relation to curricular planning.
