| Abstract: | Abstract:This work titled Systematization of Pedagogical Experiences describes my teaching practice in the educative field; its main purpose is to analyze the experience and knowledge acquired during these internships. The pre-professional practices were carried out in two different institutions. The first was a private institution with elementary school, and the second was a public high school; these institutions are located in the city of Loja, Ecuador. In the first practices, I performed as an assistant teacher, and the second ones, I executed as the main teacher. This research work includes personal reflections about the teaching practice; it also describes the strategies used to solve the students learning problems found throughout the practices. Finally, this research concludes that Systematization of Experiences is a tool to improve teaching and learn from our mistakes, linking practice and theory to become better professionals. |
| Description: | Resumen: Este trabajo titulado Sistematización de Experiencias Pedagógicas describe mi práctica docente; su objetivo principal es analizar la experiencia y los conocimientos adquiridos durante estas ayudantías. Las prácticas pre-profesionales se llevaron a cabo en dos instituciones diferentes. La primera fue una institución privada, y la segunda una escuela secundaria pública; estas instituciones están ubicadas en la ciudad de Loja, Ecuador. En las primeras prácticas, actué como profesor asistente, y luego como maestra principal. Este trabajo de investigación contiene reflexiones personales sobre la práctica docente; también describe las estrategias utilizadas para resolver los problemas de aprendizaje de los estudiantes que se encontraron durante las prácticas. Finalmente, esta investigación concluye que la sistematización de experiencias es una herramienta para mejorar la enseñanza y aprender de nuestros errores, vinculando la práctica y la teoría para convertirnos en mejores profesionales. |
