Systematization of Pedagogical Experiences

Abstract

Abstract:This work titled Systematization of Pedagogical Experiences describes my teaching practice in the educative field; its main purpose is to analyze the experience and knowledge acquired during these internships. The pre-professional practices were carried out in two different institutions. The first was a private institution with elementary school, and the second was a public high school; these institutions are located in the city of Loja, Ecuador. In the first practices, I performed as an assistant teacher, and the second ones, I executed as the main teacher. This research work includes personal reflections about the teaching practice; it also describes the strategies used to solve the students learning problems found throughout the practices. Finally, this research concludes that Systematization of Experiences is a tool to improve teaching and learn from our mistakes, linking practice and theory to become better professionals.
