Abstract:The present investigation seeks the implementation of the collection Center and agroecological shop among other things contribute to the development and formation of productive enterprises that generate opportunities in the dynamization of the family economy of small producers from the public institution, generate a business model that without attempting to profit is self-sustaining and sustainable in time, also the recovery of healthy and sovereign power in the citizenship practices, as well as the preservation of soils and water sources through ancestral practices of production, respect for the environment and nature. On the other hand also the project contributes to the generation of employment, the improvement and urban regeneration with a social vision where prices are solidarity and fair quality, warmth and excellence in service.
