Abstract

Abstract:The present work concentrates in the analysis of the administrative and educational functions of the Particular Educational Unit San José De La Salle has as main objective to know about the activities that are carried out in the Institution. To achieve this purpose it has been necessary to identify the activities that have a function in the educational field; similarly, it was necessary to identify positions and functions of educational systems such as Europe, highlighting the System of Spain, of which the Ministry of Education of Ecuador has taken certain aspects identified in this work of titling. Therefore, an analysis of the needs of the Educational Unit in terms of administrative and teaching staff to perform the functions that have been commissioned. Once the activities carried out by the staff have been recognized, it has been necessary to verify them through interviews and surveys with a sample of twenty teachers from the Institution; in this way, and with the information gathered, collect it in a function manual; what allows a better organization of the positions and functions in the Educational Unit.
