Análisis del sistema administrativo, contable y financiero de las asociaciones no financieras de la Economía Popular y Solidaria de la provincia de Pichincha, Sector 4, año 2018

Abstract

Abstract:The objective of the present investigation was to carry out an analysis to the administrative, accounting and financial system of the non-financial associations of the Popular and Solidarity Economy on Pichincha province, Sector 4, to diagnose the mentioned area, which is integrated by the parish Quito located in the canton of the same name, where there are 215 active associations, of which 59 are production, 155 services and 1 consumption. The study was based on field and bibliographical research, a survey was applied to the representatives of 60 previously assigned associations, gathering data on the current situation of the evaluated system. Information was taken on laws, regulations, statutes, resolutions, books, among others, as a relevant source that theoretically supports research. Finally, it was concluded that the management carried out in the administrative, accounting and financial areas in the evaluated associations is not adequate, since those in charge of the administration do not timely apply the theoretical-scientific techniques and tools, generating unreliable information that is not favorable for the decision making.
