Systematization of Pedagogical Experiences

Abstract

Abstract:This present work titled Systematization of Pedagogical Experiences has as objective to increase knowledge on educational topics and to reflect on pedagogical experiences to improve the teaching practice and get better results in the students’ learning of English as a foreign language. The pedagogical experiences took place in a public school and high school in Cuenca. These are the result of an observation process done during the internship stage, and the teaching practice carried out later in the training stage. The main task was to contrast the knowledge acquired at university with what was happening in real educational contexts. Besides, it was necessary to make a research on educational issues on different updated sources such as books and journals. This study found some significant conclusions, but the most important is that the systematization of experiences is a powerful tool that helps teachers generate new knowledge. It is based on their expertise through the observation of other teachers and their teaching practice. This knowledge can be applied in future classes to improve their teaching activities and share with other teachers.
