Naturalización de la violencia como factor preponderante sobre el cometimiento de delitos de género

Abstract

Abstract:Violence, since ancient times, has been naturalized to consider the acts perpetuated in his name as legitimate. Our society has internalized violence to such an extent that it reproduces without hesitation thus achieving the different types of violence are perpetuated in daily living. Physical, psychological, sexual, symbolic, and economic violence are not isolated situations that distant society lives, being women the main victims of this aberrant situation. In this research paper, we would like to make it public that the naturalization of violence against women, or those who identify as them, is the predominant factor in the committing of gender-based crimes. Situation that confirms the status of United Nations as a global pandemic to gender-based violence because of the high percentages of deaths that it brings with it. These assertions are confirmed by the responses of people, who expressed that they have been systematically and structurally victims of violence, making the naturalization of violence the intrinsic factor in the production of acts contrary to the law.
