Abstract

Abstract:Every organization requires an integrated system for the effective management of its business resources, this tool that integrates each of the departments that are part of a company and thus maximize its profits. Based on this, this research entitled Administrative, accounting and financial system of non-financial associations of the Popular and Solidarity Economy of the province of Zamora Chinchipe, sector 1, year 2018 was developed, through an exploratory field design and descriptive what helped to evaluate, analyze and examine the characteristics of the administrative, accounting and financial management of the associations under study, 49 surveys were applied in the different organizations dedicated to mining, textile, agricultural, handicraft, cleaning, etc. .; the associations under study, do not efficiently manage the management of business resources, influencing their organizational structure, also does not have an accounting system in place that allows them to have financial statements and carry out the internal control of their activities in a timely manner in order to take necessary corrections and to create value in the market.
