Prevención de riesgos laborales en los laboratorios de Ingeniería Civil de la Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja

Abstract

The objective of this final degree project was to develop a proposal for a safe work manual for the Civil Engineering laboratories of the Private Technical University of Loja, in order to protect the safety and health of teachers, students or users in general that come to the realization of investigative activities. For this, the methodology that was used was the Occupational Risk Assessment of the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health, which allowed first to identify the hazards and risks associated with the activities carried out in the various jobs, secondly Instead, evaluate and assess the risks from the mildest to the most serious. Finally, as a result, a manual of good safety practices was developed in which the preventive measures, individual protection elements, pictograms and signage of the laboratory and other general safety parameters that should be practiced to perform a safe work were detailed.
