Abstract

Abstract:Seeking to have a healthy childhood physically and mentally, this investigation develops the problem: Evaluation of the integral development of children from 4 to 6 years of age. Study carried out in a children's education center in the city of Cariamanga in the canton Calvas Province of Loja, school year 2019-2020. The research objective is: To determine the degree of integral development of children from 4 to 6 years of age, which applying the methods: descriptive, inductive, deductive, analytical, synthetic, statistical, reading techniques and the application of instruments psychometrics, allowed the study of psychomotor, cognitive, language and socio-affective, which demonstrate the skills and knowledge of the 20 children participating. The fieldwork, the analysis and discussion of results, allow us to reach the general conclusion, which states, that infants have serious difficulties in language and communication, which affects the teaching-learning process.
