Diseño de un Sistema de Gestión Ambiental, basado en la Norma ISO 14001-2015 para la empresa Lácteos San Antonio C.A

Abstract

Abstract:This work was developed with the aim of develop an Environmental Management System based in ISO norm 14001:2015 for Lácteos San Antonio company, this company is dedicated to the production of dairy products, and this company is located in the industrial park, in Cuenca province of Azuay. An Initial Environmental Review (RAI) was conducted to determine the company's current situation, as well as ex situ visits, gathering information and some interviews with the departmental and staff leaders working at the company. To identify the environmental impacts, Leopold's matrix was made, in which it resulted that the consumption of water and light are the most important aspects in the operations of the company, finally, with the information obtained from the RAI, an Environmental Management System was designed, this design was based on the respective procedures indicated by the ISO norm 14001:2015. The results of the management design will allow, in the future, the company to obtain an environmental certification, thus raising its quality standards and its corporate image.
