Abstract

Abstract:This research corresponds to the study of the "Integral development of children from 4 to 6 years of age in the School of Basic General Education Dr. Federico González Suárez of the Province of El Oro Cantón which has as its main objective to determine the learning and training process of children in the areas forming part of the study of this integral development, as well as to determine the importance and performance of teachers in this process. This research was feasible by applying methods such as descriptive, synthetic, inductiveanalyticaldeductive, statistical and hermeneutic that enabled the analysis and synthesis of the theoretical foundation and the processing of the information obtained in observation and surveys through techniques such as reading, dynamics, among other activities, to a population of 20 pupils in initial or pre-school education. The results obtained are intended to provide a proposal to be used by the teachers of the investigated institution, in order to enhance their work, contribute to improving this development process and improving the quality of education.
