Análisis del perfil del emprendedor artesanal de la ciudad de Gonzanamá, cantón Gonzanamá, provincia de Loja, Año 2019

Abstract

Abstract: This research seeks to gather thenecessary skills, characteristics and competences that develop entrepreneurs when starting a business, mainly dealing with the artisanal issue, since there is cultural wealth in every corner of the country, also describes the current situation of the enterprises Handicrafts in the city of Gonzanamá, located in the province of Loja.For the development of the research a field study was carried out, with the deductive method and the scientific observation, since through it the diagnosis of the problem to be investigated was obtained, obtaining a population of 44 enterprising artisans, applying descriptive surveys that allowed obtaining results to define the craft profile.With the results it was evidenced that in the sector there are highly trained people manually to elaborate crafts, creative, flashy and of high quality, but they do not possess the theoretical knowledge necessary for the continuous development of the same. With the passage of time this activity is being projected into oblivion due to lack of interest from authorities, institutions or groups that help to promote the artisanal sector in the city of Gonzanamá.
