Análisis del perfil emprendedor en los artesanos del barrio Nuevo Amanecer, parroquia Calderón. Quito 2020.

Abstract

In the present investigation work, the entrepreneur profile analysis was made on artisans in the neighborhood Nuevo Amanecer, Calderón. Quito, 2020. Through this work, the conditions of artisans in their professional environment and the background enterprising difficulties were identified. The applied methodology in this field research includes a descriptive orientation. Moreover, through the techniques 370 surveys were done, figure obtained from the sample for the viability of results. With the obtained data, the artisanal entrepreneur characteristics from Calderón parish were identified as well as the limitations they face to promote their business, the lack of knowledge of institutions and programs that provides support to the artisanal area that allows to take benefits of the entrepreneurship opportunities. Finally, The interest to develop strategies that allow the artisanal profile strengthening which entrepreneurial spirit keeps latent in the studied community.
