Systematization of pedagogical experiences in the EFL teaching training program

Abstract

Abstract: The present paper titled Systematization of pedagogycal experiences in the EFL teaching training program makes a personal review and description of my teaching experience in different public institutions of our city. The purpose of this work is to study the development of the experience and knowledge acquired through different internships. I worked with approximately 200 students from different classes and English levels. Within this practicum, in the first phase I was an observer, and in the second and third ones I performed as the main teacher. In addition, instruments such as observation and planning sheets were used. This analysis describes methods and material sused to obtain a positive acquisition of knowledge from learners. Besides, it refers to the strategies and techniques used to solve learning issues that were found throughout the intern ships. Also, consists on the recompilation of information from the practices as well as the research of studies to interpret the collected data. As a conclusion, thispaper reflectsthe importance of learning from previous practices, understanding the different processes to improve our teaching and learn from previo us mistakes.
