dc.description | Resumen: En la presente investigación se estudió la composición química de los aceites esenciales de Melinis minutiflora y Lantana camara recolectadas en los cantones de Quilanga y Loja, respectivamente, de la provincia de Loja. En el aceite esencial de Melinis minutiflora se identificaron 20 compuestos, representando el 93.21% de la composición total del aceite esencial y se identificaron los siguientes compuestos mayoritarios; 1-tetradecanol (16.30%), (E)-caryophyllene (12.44 %), germacrene D (10.99%), (E)-nerolidol (8.28 %), δ-cadinene (5.61 %), α-humulene (5.36 %), viridiflorol (4.78 %) y (Z)-β-farnesene (4.76 %). Mientras que en el aceite esencial de Lantana camara se identificaron 68 compuestos lo que representa el 96.54% y los compuestos mayoritarios fueron (E)-caryophyllene (15.46%), germacrene D (12.21%), α-humulene (9.92%), byciclogermacrene (7.06%), γ-terpinene (5.97%) y germacrene B (4.66%). | es_ES |
dc.description.abstract | Abstract: In the present investigation, the chemical composition of the essential oil Melinis minutiflora and Lantana camara collected in the cantons of Quilanga and Loja, respectively, of the province of Loja, was studied. In the essential oil of Melinis minutiflora 20 compounds were identified, representing 93.21% of the total composition of the essential oil and the following major compounds were identified; 1-tetradecanol (16.30%), (E)-caryophyllene (12.44%), germacrene D (10.99%), (E) -nerolidol (8.28%), δ-cadinene (5.61%), α-humulene (5.36%), viridiflorol (4.78%) and (Z) -β-farnesene (4.76%).
