Systematization of pedagogical experiences in the EFL teaching training program

Abstract

Abstract: This work is titled Systematization of pedagogical experiences in the EFL teaching training program. The main purpose of it is to describe, reflect, and obtain knowledge from the teaching practice in the educational field. These practices were carried out in different public schools in Cañar city. At the beginning, I did observations, then I was an assistant teacher and later, I performed as main teacher. This report is divided into three sections. First, the literature review, describes the collection of information on important aspects of the teaching-learning process such as the teacher's role, communicative competence, links between experience and teaching, methodologies, strategies, and techniques. The second section deals with the methodology used by teachers inside the classrooms. I have considered relevant aspects such as students' level, background, and needs to establish a positive environment. The third one shows the analysis and reflections on my teaching experiences. I applied techniques, strategies, and methods to accomplish successful outcomes in the teaching-learning process. Finally, the systematization of experiences contributes to the development of personal, cognitive, and affective skills which allow for professional growth.
