Systematization of pedagogical experiences

Abstract

Abstract: The following work called Systematization of Pedagogical Experiences is a reconstruction of the experiences taken by observations and internships done in two private institutions with students of basic education, and senior high school as part of teaching training. First, it includes the discussion, analysis and interpretation of planning, linguistic aspect, learning management and, methodology. Second, the main objective of this work is having a deeper comprehension of teaching experiences. It also, emphasizes the importance of this practice as a complement to the performance and integral training of future teachers. Third, to achieve this work in a timely and proper manner, the information was obtained through surveys, observations, and the imparted classes as auxiliar and main teacher to be able to discuss and analyze the teaching and learning aspects. As a result, it was possible to interpret how vital are these aspects of the educational field and how to improve them. Finally, this work emphasized the need to keep on with the realization of internships because it helps to reinforce the knowledge and foster the abilities of future teachers.
