Análisis del impacto turístico del tercer festival internacional de las artes vivas en la planta turística en la ciudad de Loja, de primera y segunda categoría, año 2018-2019.

Abstract

Abstract: The present research aims to analyze the tourism impact that FIAV 2018 had on the first and second category of the city of Loja s tourist infrastructure. Therefore, during the first phase of this project, the bibliographic compilation and theoretical support described in chapters 1 and 2 were carried out using the historical descriptive methods subsequently, the qualitative method and the Delphi method were applied by selecting a random sample from the establishments, then a pre-test and a post-test were carried out. Finally, the results were obtained through the statistical analysis the software MAXQDA, revealing that 85% of the interviewees asserted that there was a tourism impact of the third international festival of Artes Vivas, in addition to a 95% of an economic impact, a 58% of environmental impact, and a 100% of a cultural impact. Therefore, with these results it is necessary to create an improvement plan to achieve a greater flow of tourism for future editions of the festival given its potential for local tourism.
