Sistematization of Pedagogical Experiences

Abstract

Abstract:The systematization of pedagogical experience is an experience that helps us to identify and organize knowledge based on practice. Therefore, the present research work seeks to systematize the pedagogical experiences developed in the institutions: "Santa Mariana de Jesús", "Manuel Velasco" and "Unidad Huaca". During the pedagogical experience period, I collaborated with nine English teachers within aspects related to the behavior, discipline and teaching-learning process of approximately 800 students. To perform this process of analysis, we start with the observation, it is analized the teaching methods and activities. To analize the second phase, teacher developed the role of an auxiliar. During the third phase, the trainee reaches a level that focuses on teaching students. In this way, it is possible to know the best didactics to teach a class to children and adolescents. When reporting on the pedagogical experiences, it is shown how easy or difficult it has been to be in front of a group of students and reflect about the acquisition of knowledge that teachers in trainee have reached and based on it expressing conclusions and give reccomendations.
