La noción del interés social en el derecho societario ecuatoriano

Abstract

Abstract: In this research work, it has been done an analysis of the meaning of social interest in order to conceptualize it, the two theories of the social interest were also studied to guide us in its origin and evolution taking in consideration the arguments from authors who are in favor and against that theories. With this antecedents, we study the conflict of interests and the corporate social responsibility from business ethics so then we can focus the social interest from different approaches such us the company partners, administrators, employees, clients and general society. With the development of all these aspects we can conclude that the center is the approximation of the notion of social interest in Ecuadorian corporate law.
