Abstract

Abstract: This research isan"analysis and enhancement of coffee farms for the design of tourist products in the south of the province of Loja-Calvas canton, period 2019 2020 .It relatesto the study of six prioritized coffee farms in coordination with the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Calvas canton through an agreement. Forits characterization, an evaluation matrix or diagnosis sheet was used consistingof six areas: general specifications, social-economic sphere, productive sphere, environmental sphere, tourism sphere and political-legal sphere, indicators that serve as the basis for linking the farm to the tourism sector, which allows the mixed qualitative and quantitative analysis of the six cases under study to determine the tourism potential of each of them, also facilitating; the development of the proposed improvementplan, which will allow its owners to give their farm the tourist use around coffee. Finally, a possible route and itinerary are established for its integration into the provincial coffee tourist route.
