Abstract

Abstract: The present investigation, hasasmain axis, the proposalof a typology of progressive housing that starts from a basic nucleusor seed, with a low initial cost,and that allows to be improved and completed in the course of time, under the principles of habitability, flexibility and progressivity,with a decrease and adaptation of economic resources, that allow adjusting it to thepossibilities and needs of the user,proposing an alternativeto the self-construction that is carried out in the study sector and in the city in general, defining in thisway the technical process that the family must follow for the construction and subsequent growth of the home, withoutitbeing affected, nor affectingthe surrounding urban environment.For which the use of the BENO construction system is proposed, whichallows constructive rationalization, with prefabricated elements fromtraditional materials(brick, sand, cement, iron), using self-productionand self-construction, as a strategy for help rationalize and reduce time and costs in the executionofthe housing project.
