Systematization of pedagogical experiences in the EFL teaching training program

Abstract

Abstract: Thiswork titledSystematization of pedagogical experiencesin the EFL teaching training programwhich describes the pre-professional practicesfor having a broad idea on the importance of systematization.Its main goal is to improve teaching process combining both: practice and theory,through an exhaustive analysis, showing the knowledge acquired during these practices. The experiences bellow were performed in schools and high-schools of Loja, Ecuador. The first practice is about observations to teachers and the other twowere mainly based on me; playing the role of the main teacher. For both, it was required to teach and observe from 2nd grade of school to 3rd grade of bachillerato. Within this work, descriptions and personal reflections about some important aspects forexplainingthe teaching practiceswill be found. Besides, the teaching methods,strategies, activities, and techniques that were used and also, the ones that were first observed. Moreover, the teaching material and all the important points consideredfor creating a lesson plan. Finally, this research work concludes systematization of pedagogical experiences helps future teachers to acquire knowledge to improve the teaching/learning process.
