dc.description	Resumen: En el presente trabajo de investigación se efectuó el fraccionamiento de extractos obtenidos a partir de subproductos de aguacate (Persea americana Mill.) mediante cromatografía flash, para lo cual se adquirió aguacate de la variedad Hass, en el barrio Sacapo, parroquia San Pedro de Vilcabamba cantón y provincia de Loja, del mismo se obtuvieron los subproductos, semilla y piel, se elaboraron los extractos utilizando el método asistido por ultrasonido y como solvente una mezcla de etanol-agua. Se realizó cromatografía flash, utilizando un cromatógrafo flash Reveleris® PREP (Buchi), se utilizó como solvente una mezcla de tolueno-acetona (50:50) y se obtuvo 15 fracciones del extracto de semilla y 27 fracciones del extracto de piel. Finalmente se realizó la cuantificación del contenido de fenoles totales (método Folin-Ciocalteu) y de la actividad antioxidante (ABTS). En la presente investigación se reportan valores de fenoles totales para los extractos de semilla de 31,83±7,23mg EAG/g y para los extractos de piel de 27,76±12,67mg EAG/g; además se reporta valores de actividad antioxidante para los extractos de semilla de 36,39±7,94mmol Trolo x/g y para los extractos de piel de 11,15±1,03mmol Trolox/g.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Abstract: In the present research work, the fractionation of extracts obtained from avocado by-products (Persea americanaMill.) Was carried out by flash chromatography, for which avocado of the Hass variety was acquired, in the Sacapo neighborhood, San Pedro de Vilcabamba parish canton and province of Loja, the by-products, seed and skin were obtained from it, the extracts were elaborated using the ultrasound-assisted method and a mixture of ethanol-water as solvent. Flash chromatography was performed, using a Reveleris® PREP flash chromatograph (Buchi), a mixture of toluene-acetone (50:50) was used as a solvent and 15 fractions of the seed extract and 27 fractions of the skin extract were obtained. Finally, the quantification of the content of total phenols (Folin-Ciocalteu method) and of the antioxidant activity (ABTS) was carried out. In the present investigation, total phenol values are reported for the seed extracts of 31.83±7.23mg EAG/g and for the skin extracts of 27.76±12.67mg EAG/g. Furthermore, antioxidant activity values are reported for the seed extracts of 36.39±7.94mmol Trolox/g and for the skin extracts of 11.15±1.03mmol Trolox/g.	es_ES
