Estudio de las sentencias sobre la acción extraordinaria de protección en el Ecuador

Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this work is to broaden the knowledge of the jurisdictional guarantee of protection of rights, which is at the service of all citizens and residents of the Republic of Ecuador. This guarantee established in the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, and protects the rights that are violated by the decisions of a judge on the causes brought to their knowledge for their resolution. This research work has been developed, which in its first part contains the concept of the extraordinary protection action. Later analyze, among other topics, its characteristics, its expiration, its nature, its object and in the end, its done a study of what should be understood of the figure as integral reparation , reparation that is ordered by the judge at the time of deciding.
