Principios del constructivismo en la propuesta pedagógica institucional de la Escuela de Educación Básica Vicente Rocafuerte

Abstract

Abstract:Every educational institution must build the pedagogical proposal, from which it guides its curricular planning processes. The research topic is "Principles of constructivism in the Institutional Pedagogical Proposal of the" Vicente Rocafuerte "Basic Education School", whose general objective was related to explaining the contribution of Social Constructivism to students' learning as the foundation of the Pedagogical Proposal Institutional. The method of documentary review was used, which consisted of analyzing the content of the Educational Institution's Popuesta Pedagógica, in relation to the pedagogical foundation, to identify the pedagogical assumptions, their theoretical description, their teaching orientations and their orientations for the assessment of learning. The content analysis technique was used, which consisted of relating the assumptions raised in the Institutional Pedagogical Proposal with the principles of constructivism. It is concluded that the pedagogical proposal and the curricular instruments have been developed to meet these requirements, but it has not been done thinking of guiding the educational service under a pedagogical proposal where one of the main approaches is constructivism.
