Abstract

Abstract: he parish of San Francisco Javier, Province of Velasco, Department of Santa Cruz de la Sierra-Bolivia, has eight rural towns of which San Javierito is the most representative and its history is of great importance.The present end-of-degree work executes a safeguard plan, to strengthen and conserve its directive heritage, taking as a starting point the mechanism to reactivate the community's living well, the strategies aredesigned to strengthen social, cultural, urban processes, architectural and artistic community.The methodology applied in the study is analytical, determining the set of procedures, techniques and consolidating the data collected in various research visits and references from bibliographic databases.It is determined that the community has a great cultural heritage, which makes it a place rich in knowledge. Thus, the execution of the safeguard plan opens doors for the development and improvement of the quality of life, in this way they can impart their knowledge and strengthen their tangible and intangible heritage.
