Abstract

Abstract: Internal communication, today, has been put to the test; The arrival of the new coronavirus (COVID-19) is a crisis that is unprecedented, it is a temporary issue and it is in the public interest. In this case, it is a crisis that, according to Xifra, breaks with communication management models (2020), therefore, it has affected internal and external audiences, putting corporate stability at risk.The objective of this research is to know the reality that was experienced from private education in the city of Riobamba, to know how The British School Educational Unit faced the situation and the communicational management has developed during the pandemic due to COVID-19. Likewise, this work will allow to propose solutions with new strategies and tools that can provide ease, security, quality and well-being in the administration and institutional execution.This study gives way to an explorative investigation, making use of qualitative and quantitative tools; Therefore, to obtain information and data, instruments such as surveys and interviews with different audiences will be used. The tools will be applied to specific populations and will also be sampled within it.
